1. Eligibility

The service is intended for users age 21+. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 21.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides interactive AI-powered games, including text-based adventure gameplay. Users may purchase credits, where:

• 1 credit = 1 AI message.

We store game history and related data so you can continue your progress.

The Service uses third-party providers, including payment processors (Stripe) and AI model providers.

3. User Accounts

To access gameplay features, you must create an account.

We collect:

• a username
• a password (stored as a secure hash)

We do not collect email addresses for account creation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

By using this service, you agree not to:

• use the service for illegal activity;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service;
• bypass or manipulate the credit system;
• harass, abuse, or threaten others;
• use bots, scripts, or automated access without permission;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the AI systems;
• generate content prohibited by law;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
• generate copyrighted content in a way that infringes rights;
• use the Service to intentionally replicate copyrighted material without permission.

We may terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased through Stripe.
• 1 credit = 1 AI message.
• Credits may be subject to expiration with warning (if pricing needs to change).
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Payment card information is not stored by us; Stripe handles all payment data.

6. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final. You assume all risk of technical errors, hacked accounts, or accidental purchases.

AI-generated content may be fictional, inaccurate, unpredictable, or inconsistent. You understand and agree that:

• AI output should not be treated as factual or relied upon for advice;
• you use AI content at your own discretion;
• we are not responsible for harm, loss, or damages caused by AI output.

8. Data We Store

To operate the Service, we may store:

• username;
• password hash;
• gameplay history;
• credit usage logs;
• session/cookie data;
• temporary IP logs for security.

We do not store emails or payment card details.

9. Cookies & Sessions

We use cookies for:

• login persistence;
• session management;
• security functions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for:

• violations of these Terms;
• abuse;
• suspicious or illegal activity;
• attempts to compromise the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for data loss or service interruptions;
• we are not liable for AI-generated responses;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
